Great resource for finding a subcontractor who will farm out the work, pray you keep an eye on them. Ask my neighbor who hired them and they tried to sink a post but then had to change the plan because a post had been sunk there before. I had to change their plan and design the deck myself to save five posts and three joists Two true stories barely told about a company that sells it's contract to the lowest bidder![Google]()

Best Construction Brands built us an amazing cover for our deck. They designed the project with our needs and ideas in mind, and made it happen! Our On-site Project Lead (Roger) is great at his craft, and was meticulous in his detail. He made sure everything was done perfectly each day. Ray (the Boss) would come by to check progress, and communicate any issues ( or new ideas) on a daily basis. I'd also like to say, that each day when finished, they would clean up and make sure my property/yard was put back together; they went above and beyond, and we appreciate that type of ethic.
